Manual crimper for wine bottles Lystop 1

The Lystop 1, a semi-automatic crimping machine from CDA, is specifically designed for manual crimping of still wine bottles. It effectively crimps aluminium or tin capsules, accommodating various bottle formats such as half wine bottles, 75 cl wine bottles, and magnum wine bottles.

This stand-alone manual crimper offers flexible placement options, either on a work surface or on an optional CDA stainless steel chassis. Its user-friendly settings ensure easy configuration and simplified operation.

Winemakers will appreciate the precision and convenience of the CDA Lystop 1 for manually crimping small to medium productions. For larger production volumes, CDA offers the Cap System automatic crimping machine capable of handling speeds up to 2500 bottles per hour. The Lystop 1 can be seamlessly integrated with CDA’s semi-automatic labellers, such as the Ninette 1 (500 bottles/h label application) or the Ninette 2 (two 500 bottles/h label applications).
