The main advantage of this filling system is its compactness, as dosing takes place directly on the infeed table. This clever design reduces the footprint while making cleaning easier. Unlike many similar machines, there is no need to work on a conveyor to clean the equipment. The more accessible infeed table can be cleaned directly for simplified maintenance.

CDA engineers have equipped the K-Dense with a piston or gear pump (depending on the products and the specific needs of each company). Thanks to this flexibility, the K-Dense can fill a wide range of glass or plastic jars, with volumes from 30 g to 500 g.

In addition, this dosing table is particularly well suited to thick, pasty and semi-dense products. It is ideal for food industry products such as jam, honey, maple syrup, sauces, mustard, spreads, pâtés, terrines, and many more.

The K-Dense can be integrated into a packaging line that includes a capping solution (such as the VSA) as well as an automatic labeller. Labeller options include models from the Solo range or the Ninon range, providing a complete solution for packaging and labelling your products.
