K-One – VS100 – Ninette Auto Mini

The complete line for small products combines the 3 phases of packaging your products: filling, screwing and labelling. This configuration is ideal for small productions with outputs up to 15 products/minute (900 products/hour). These machines are particularly suitable for the filling of cylindrical products from 5ml to 250ml.

The first step is done by the K-One. The K-One is a peristaltic pump that ensures hygienic and simple dosing (the product is only in contact with hoses that can be easily changed). It can fill up to 15 products/minute and is suitable for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or e-liquid sectors. It takes care of the dosage of liquid products with an accuracy of +/- 1{ba847824f22f657612788afa4dc5008d670c09240507cb855137834750a2aacd}.

The screwing is done by the VS 100, a semi-automatic screwing machine with bi-manual control. The VS100 allows an adjustment of the screwing torque on the head. Its ease of use makes it the perfect machine for capping a variety of containers for a wide range of products and in various industries. The screwing head is tailor-made, according to the caps to be screwed.

Finally, the Ninette auto mini, the labelling machine for small cylindrical products, is used for labelling. Thanks to a swivel and interchangeable platen, it can label bottles with a diameter of 20 mm. The machine is operated via an intuitive touch screen and can label up to 15 products per minute. It applies up to two labels (label and back label).

To this complete semi-automatic line can be added complementary solutions such as HSA industrial markers in order to apply a shelf life date, an optimal expiration date or a barcode.
